I just love this-

The beat is just so awesome, but it really the way you handled the melody that gets me. I'd love to hear the original to compare but it wouldnt be hard to believe that this would be just as good if not better. Just plain epic. Keep it coming.

Excellent lol.

I've always loved your completely random songs, especially Dugong, Electro Gypsy, and of course Kenya. This one however takes the cake, because out of all of those this is the most catchy. Your blessed with the uncanny ability to create odd tunes that no other person would come up with, and its awesome.

Excellent

I love the guitar/mandolin/sitar/whatever that string instrument is, it just reminds me of a forest with a little pond in the center surrounded by flowers and wild life, and then it comes in with an amazing melody that just blows your mind. Great variation in the middle there as well, helps break from what would otherwise be a mildly repetitive song. Very nice job, one of my favorites.

its too happy... making my head explode!!!! Reminds me of freaking smurfs prancing through fields and like... I dunno... picking flowers and singing happy songs... It burns us!!!!!!! But it sounds great so I give it a 10/10 lol.

People really...

Its good yes... but not as good as the original. I dislike it when people judge a remix without hearing the original... I mean this really doesnt do it justice and as my friend Michael pointed out when he listened, all he did was simply slow the original Mario song down and add a beat that took away from the beauty of the original melody. It is calming and relaxing but I wouldnt give it a 10/10. Hate to say it but I think you people jumped the gun. Please take the time to look up the original song and give this remix a second opinion. 7/10 ok but doesnt do the original justic.

yeah...youre right. it doesnt do the original justice at all. I'm still shocked abouthow this even made top 30. Not only that, this was my 2nd released song. So I'm well aware of how you feel about it. I was still a noob back then (I still say I'm a noob with making songs...just not as bad anymore lol), so it really doesnt matter if you say it doesnt do the original justice or how bad it is...I know it's bad. So now I know what's next in the 2009 series. Thanks for reminding me.

Your voice is just so beautiful. Like the voice of an angel. And combine that with your excellent ability to write lyrics and stories and what you get is a recipe for a masterpiece. I just love how this tells a story and can fall back to a chorus that actually progresses with the story itself. And the way you quaver on silver.... just breath taking. Keep it up.

Ever heard in my life. That includes commercial music of course. If that is your voice you are an amazingly talented person and I wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors musical and non. This song is really personal to me because I used to feel like a burden myself. Thank you for this wonderful masterpiece that you call Burden.

Wh- what am I listening to?! I mean its like.. racking my brain. This song is slapping my face with each cut and start. Its ok and it would have been ok had you tried to make it flow but you didnt. So, it didnt work. I just cant stand it. Infact had you put some effort into this you might have had an excellent song on your hands. But I guess that was too hard for you. Oh well. Better luck next time?

This hurts my ears....

Its ok... but could you try to make it a bit more diverse. Its just the same thing over and over and the beat lacks changin. I dunno. And yah it sounds like it was rewinding and that really racked my brain. Its like listening to tuned fingernails on a chalkboard at some parts. Its ok... but not amazing as some people think =/
